One2One is a professionally focussed Personal Training and Fitness Studio. We provide individualised
health and fitness programmes for clients seeking help in various areas of health, fitness, rehabilitation
of injuries, and weight management.
We recognise that everybody is different and so no one programme is identical to any other. Tailored and
personalised programmes ensure your needs are met whilst you take your body and your mind to levels you’d

One2One combines classic exercise concepts amongst contemporary trends and current ideas to design a
personalised health and fitness regime whereby strength, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility,
rehabilitation, and relevant lifestyle management issues are all fully addressed to create one complete
programme tailored to suit YOU. We provide comprehensive solutions that get the results that YOU want, as

** The layout of a typical training session:
- 5 minute warm up & discussion of recent training/nutrition
- 40 minutes of exercise
- 5-7 minute warm-down, debrief & stretch
