Corinne Austin has been my personal trainer for six months. During this time Corinne has made a HUGE
difference to my personal wellbeing and my outlook on health and fitness. After being a member of
a gym for some years and realising that just paying the account or going once every few months was
not making a difference, I met with Corinne, opened my mind to ‘maybe’ there might be some benefit
to what she advised and agreed to a 10 week plan. I was very haphazard at first but now after a
solid six months can notice the difference for the changes Corinne has encouraged.
Not only do I exercise every week - but drink water and eat food – this was unheard of before. Corinne
has gently pushed and coerced me to always work as hard as I can, the physical strength and balance I
now enjoy is amazing. My physical toning-up is well on the way and a more positive self-image that goes
with it. Along with Corinne helping my exercise regime to be positive, fun (yeah right) and my
achievements to be better than I thought I could do, she reviewed my very poor eating habits. The
changes suggested have assisted in increased stamina, concentration and an overall well person feeling.
From ‘never having time’ to now ‘making time’ has been a big turnaround for me and probably would not
have happened without the help from Corinne.
Corinne is a true professional and perfect for her chosen career. I look forward to working with her to

Some 18 months ago I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Corinne as a Personal Trainer. As a 54 year
old I had been attending the gym on a regular basis for some years but hadn’t received any formal
instruction or been given an opportunity to actually think about exactly what it was that I wanted to
achieve by being at a gym.
Corinne cleverly identified exactly what I wanted to achieve and set about putting an appropriate program
in place specifically designed for me. This had to take account of an existing hip injury which prevented
me from doing some exercises, or so I thought. Corinne arranged for me to see a physio who did indeed
assist, and together they steered me onto a path of strength and fitness training I never thought would
be possible.
Corinne’s very professional and genuine caring approach made it fun and easy to begin to see results.
She made me work hard but always encouraged me in a way that made me want to achieve for her. My strength
increased, my body shape changed, I became much fitter, I felt young again. I re-set my goals and achieved
them with Corinne there beside me encouraging me and pushing me. Whenever I train on my own and the weights
feel too heavy, I hear Corinne there beside me saying “just think it’s as light as a feather” and it works!
If I feel like stopping at rep number 5 or 6 when I should be doing 8 she immediately appears and I feel
guilty so I put in extra effort and manage the 8 reps. It’s absolutely amazing what she has done for me.
I believe so much in what she is doing and how she goes about it and the benefits anyone can receive by
having her as their Personal trainer that I promote her business through my own business via my monthly
newsletters. I have never known anyone as motivated and genuinely caring as Corinne and I wish her the
very best in her career.
